Welcome to the Springfield Workshop Foundation

Springfield Workshop Foundation is the fundraising arm for SWI Industrial Solutions. SWI Industrial Solutions is a private, not-for-profit corporation operating a manufacturing and light assembly facility for Springfield and Greene County residents. SWI’s purpose is to provide meaningful employment for people with disabilities. SWI employees have proven they would rather earn money using their abilities than be given money for their disabilities. In 2007, SWI Industrial Solutions (formally known as Springfield Workshop) was honored as one of three finalists for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s Manufacturer of the Year award. Springfield Workshop Foundation hold several events throughout the year to help build awareness and provide support for SWI Industrial Solutions.
