Welcome to the 14th Annual Associated Electric Cooperative Charity Tournament.

The 14th annual Associated Electric Cooperative Charity Tournament benefits the Springfield Workshop, the areas sheltered workshop. This is the 14th year for the Tournament and we have really made it special! This year we are moving the tournament to The Presitgious Hickory Hills County Club.
In addition to the new venue, There are lots of fun games to play, an incredible dinner to enjoy following the Tournament and did we mention the outstanding live and silent auctions plus the Day Spa? Without a doubt, this is THE golf tournament to attend!
Proceeds from this year’s event will go toward development of some very special projects that will create a full service cafeteria for the employees, a greenhouse to grow vegetables for the cafeteria and sell to the public and classroom space for wellness and life skills classes! This will be a huge project, but with your help by participating as a sponsor, we can make a difference in the lives of others.

Help some special employees get in the game!
Instead of sponsoring the usual hole or a cart, how about sponsoring a Springfield Workshop employee as a “Workshop Player” instead? Because of their disabilities, the majority of our employees are not able to enjoy the game of golf, so we created a way for them to be a part of the fun and excitement anyway! Each sponsored Workshop Player will have their name and their sponsor placed on a sign at a hole on the course. The Workshop Player will be entered into a drawing for some great prizes like a flat screen TV, a Nintendo Wii or an IPod Touch! It’s like sponsoring a hole, but a Whole lot nicer!
