Springfield Workshop is a private, not-for-profit corporation operating a manufacturing and light assembly facility for Springfield and Greene County residents. Springfield Workshop's mission is to provide meaningful employment to adults with disabilities, although the job opportunities we provide are based on an employee's ability, not their disability.

Springfield Workshop strives to assist employees in reaching their full potential. With the internal supports we provide, many who might otherwise lack employment options can become contributing members of the Springfield community, and experience the satisfaction obtained through productive activity.
